Requirements for UK Visa process:
- Valid Passport copies + Old passport copies ( if any)
- Covering Letter on Company’s letterhead mentioning the purpose of visit and date of travel.
- Updated Last 03 month’s personal bank statement having sufficient balance.
- Updated Last 03 month’s company Bank statement.
- Last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper (Company & Personal)
- If employed, Last 03 Month salary slip and an original Leave Letter from the company.
- If applicant is student, then provide identity card copy of school/college.
- Employment proof, i.e. Partnership deed or shop & establishment license or memorandum of company etc.
- Invitation Letter (If Applying for Family Visit / Business Visa)
- Sponsorship letter.
- Minors, if travelling with one parent or none, NOC is required from the other parent or both parent in the form of an affidavit on a stamp paper and need to be notarized.
- Property Paper copy - optional
- Fixed deposit certificate copy - optional
- LIC policy copy - optional
- Any other Financial Documents you wish to submit.
- Applicant needs to carry all Originals of the above mandatory documents for submitting the application at VFS Global.
- Application form needs to be filled online and a prior appointment needs to be taken before submitting the application.
- Applicant’s physical presence is mandatory for submission of application and biometric at VFS center.
- The processing time is 6-8 weeks once the biometric is completed for a Normal Application.

- Fees are non-refundable once the application is applied/processed to the Consular Office/Immigration/Embassy under any circumstances. Fees may vary depending on the fluctuation of the Rate of Exchange (ROE).
- The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the Consular Office / Immigration / Embassy. SKM GLOBAL TRAVEL does not have any influence on the same.
- Upon receiving the visa copy, we request you to thoroughly recheck and confirm the details mentioned on the visa copy with that of the passport and revert in case of a discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt.
- An approved visa does not guarantee permission to enter/exit the Destination Country or India, as it is the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer.
